california. In the downloadable files, this field is namedslug. - State — Full state name
- Average rate — Residential electricity price in cents per kilowatt-hour. In the downloadable files, this field is named
avgRateCentsPerKwh. - National average — US average residential rate for the same period (same units as average rate). In the downloadable files, this field is named
nationalAverage. - Difference from US average — Percent difference from the US average (positive means higher than average). In the downloadable files, this field is named
differencePercent. - Trend label — Short plain-language label for recent price movement. In the downloadable files, this field is named
momentumSignal. - Dataset produced — When this dataset snapshot was produced. In the downloadable files, this field is named
